Have you heard of asset framing? Martina will be sharing with us an approach to problem solving that evolves around how we frame a topic with a focus on assets or potentials rather than challenges or deficits.

Originally introduced by Trabian Shorters to create equity for the BMe community, we will be applying this approach to questions around diversity in tech and identify where it can help to change and transform the narrative away from stigmas to powerful and positive stories.
